General Information
The Town of Vail requires recycling at all properties in Vail.
Construction Seasons
Building construction and remodeling will be taking place at Northwoods 7 days a week during construction seasons. The dates this year are September 3rd, 2025 to December 15, 2025. In 2026 construction and remodeling will take place from April 16 to June 30, and again from September 3rd to Thanksgiving. Due to this construction rentals and occupancy in general are not recommended during these time periods.

Summer
June 26, 2026 to September 7, 2026
The spa and amenities area may be closed for extended seasonal maintenance outside the above season dates.
