Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 virus, we have temporarily suspended operations that involve any form of in person on-site meetings or assistance including daily cleaning services. The Northwoods office is closed to visitors and we are working remotely for any issues that may arise. The spa and gym amenity area is also closed until further notice to help prevent the spread of the virus.
The mountain community has been hit extremely hard by this epidemic and Vail, as well as many other resorts, are currently off-limits to non-permanent residents. All North American ski resorts were forced to close early this season and due to the various stay-at-home orders within the state of Colorado and the enactment of numerous travel restrictions, most transportation companies, restaurants, and non-essential businesses are either closed indefinitely or have very limited service.
In addition, all events originally planned for the near future have been either canceled or postponed until we know more. Currently, things are day by day in Colorado, including Vail until more is known about the virus. Some of the best information can be found on the Colorado website and the CDC website.
